October 18 was Dean's 5th Birthday. He was so happy to turn 5. He woke up with a big smile on his face and said "Mom what day is it today." He got everything he ever wanted and got to hear the Happy Birthday song from all his favorite people. He had me read
his new favorite book "Skippy Jon Jones" from Grandma and Grandpa like ten times. That day we went bowling Dean told everyone we saw that he was now 5 years old and informed me that he was not little any more.

It's so funny how kids think that once they reach a certain age like 5 or 6 that they are not little. Or that they are so much older and mature than the other day when they were 4. Happy birthday Dean!
